Payment terms

The order will be completed once the payment will be finalized successfully. Please find below methods of payments accepted:

In case one of product will run out of stock, you will be contacted immediately by phone or email and you will decide if you want proceed with thel order and/or substitute the product out of stock or wait until the product will be available.

Please note that you have to contact immediately the company and indicate in the delivery document if you do not receive all items or if you receive products damaged. The company will not consider any issue and/or claim which it is not been indicated in the delivery document.

Cooling-off period are defined by the law.
You have to indicate on your receipt “con riserva di controllo”, which it means that you accept the order but you have the right to verify it, and, in case you would noticed that products are damaged, you have to inform immediately the company and decide if you prefer receive a refund or place a new order. Please note, that this term is not applicable to fresh and artisanal products, since they are perishable in the time (reference: art. 5 del Decreto Legislativo 185/99)
The cooling-off period is 10 days from when the order is delivered and within this time the order may be returned following a confirmation by the company. Please contact the company info@isaporidibau to be authorized to return the items and to define how the products will be collected and refunded.
Please note that the delivery time will be defined by the couriers based on the address. The company is not responsible of any delays or damage imputable to the couriers, however we will support you in case you will face any issues with the couriers. If you refuse your order, the company may deduct from your refund the delivery costs sustained to the return the goods.
